yesterday was the second day 

i learn yOGA WITh my beloved mum...

i am totally fail in all the pose...

lost a lot of energy...

(me really need eat more NUTRILITE~~)

who need it can give me a call too~~

luckily our teacher was so gentle~~

she teach us slowly...

i really love it..

although i am really tried...

wish tat one day i can pratice and use it in my life~~
